    1. The first candidate seems inappropriate to me because she is not serious and these are all actions that should not be done in a job interview.
    the second girl is more appropriate for the interview but she studied the answers

    I think that the first candidate no preparing for the job interview. And she did'not show interest in the job.

    - I think the first candidate is not appropriate because she isn’t taken seriously. She answer calls or chew gum and that’s wrong. The second candidate is better because she did everything correctly
    2- Can you summarize the main ideas each candidate mentioned?
    - The first candidate has two cats, including one named Inspector Fluffy. Her dream is to be a romance novelist. She can’t tell anybody's astrology sign. She just knows about the company that is hiring someone. She left her last job because there were a few issues. The commute was brutal, the boss was an idiot, and the pay was crap. She thinks she is not really good for the role

    Creo que la primera candidata no es apropiada porque no la toman en serio. Responde llamadas o mastica chicle y eso está mal. La segunda candidata es mejor porque hizo todo correctamente.
    2- ¿Puedes resumir las ideas principales que mencionó cada candidato?
    - La primera candidata tiene dos gatos, incluido uno llamado Inspector Fluffy. Su sueño es ser novelista romántica. No puede decir el signo astrológico de nadie. Solo sabe sobre la empresa que está contratando a alguien. Dejó su último trabajo porque había algunos problemas. El viaje diario al trabajo era brutal, el jefe era un idiota y el salario era una porquería. Ella piensa que realmente no es buena para el puesto.
    - La segunda candidata es una especialista en marketing con más de 10 años de experiencia en marca y publicidad en línea. Ha sido responsable de campañas de marketing. Sabe que la empresa realizó una campaña de marketing y le encantan sus productos y servicios. Le encantaría ser parte del equipo para ayudarlo a crecer. Dejó su último trabajo porque sintió que ya no estaba creciendo. Ella cree que le apasionan sus productos y servicios. Cree que puede usar sus habilidades y experiencia pasadas para ayudar a la empresa a obtener acceso a un mercado más amplio.

    - Contrataría al segundo candidato porque hizo lo mejor que pudo y realizó una entrevista muy correcta.

    1)I think about the first candidate is inappropriate because it isn't formal. The second candidate hsould be the selected because she is professional and qualified for the position.
    2) a) She be late. She talks about her cats and zodiac signs. She knows about this company is that they are counting and she needs the money. She leaves her last job because she was fired. She isn´t the right candidate but she wants th salary. She asks how much vacation time she has.

    - Have a professional appearence (Wear formal clothes)
    - Have a good body language (Sit down properly, have eye contact with your interviewer)

    I'm Ethan and I am 23 years old. I am currently studying Graphic Design and this would be my first time working.
    2) What is your greatest strength?
    Even though I don't have woork experience yet, I am really excited to start woorking at your company. I have enough knowledge for using programs like Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
    3) What is your greatest weakness?
    Sometimes I can't help doing several things at the same time, but I am trying my best to work on that.
    4) How do you see yourself in 5 years?
    I can see myself working in a big company and maybe in the future working on my own and being succesfull creating my designs.
    5) Why did you apply for this job?
    I applied for this job because I find very interesting your ideas and what you do, I really hope I can join you.
    6) Why should we hire you?
    I think you should hire me because I will always try my best in whatever you ask me for. I am someone who likes putting a lot of effort in whatever I have to do.
    7) What is your salary expectation?
    Well, right now I am starting to work so I think my salary will be related to the things I can do right now. But if you ask me, my expectation is 500.000 pesos per month.

    Yes, I am.

    I prefer working on my own, but I have no problem working in a team.

    Well the first one first was saying information not related to the job. And the second one gave a very good information about the things she can do and wearing elegant clothes.

    The first candidate is not a good choice because she was not serious and did not act professionally in the interview. She did not know anything about the company and was only interested in making money. The second candidate was better prepared, even though she seemed to memorize some answers. She has experience and skills that match the job.

    The first candidate talked mostly about personal things, like having two cats, wanting to write a romance novel, and knowing star signs. She did not show real interest in the company. The second candidate has 10 years of experience in marketing and online branding. She is responsible, enjoys teamwork, and wants to help the company grow. She also likes the company's products and believes she can help them enter the market.

    If I were the interviewer, I would choose the second candidate.

    1) I think that these candidates are very different because one did all the things right and the other candidate did all the things wrong. From my point of view, it´s clear who is the good candidate.

    2)To summarize the main ideas, the first candidate only talks about personal things that doesn´t matter to the interviewer and the second one talks about important things like her work experience. Then the first candidate doesn´t know about the company and other candidate knows about the company. Also, one was very formal and the other doesn´t maintain a professional appearance, and also the vocabulary was vulgar in one of the candidates.

    3) If I was the interviewer I wouldn't think twice and hire the second candidate because she had a very good interview compared to the first candidate.

  20. 1- What do you think of these two candidates?
    The first candidate didn't reach the basic requirements. She didn't have a profesional appearance, not the best manners and didn't answer the questions formally. She was also chewing gum and answering the phone during the interview. The second candidate was much more professional, a bit mechanic on her answers.
    2- Can you summarize the main ideas each candidate mentioned?

    The fisrt one has the idea of writing a romance novel and can tell people star sing in less than a minute. She is not prepared at all for the interview.
    The second woman is well prepared has experience on branding. She is well motivated and has the right skills for the job.
