1) Yes, I think that the presenter changed his attitude during his presentation. I think that he is comming to be a positive leader.
2) "Leadership vs. managemente": It's very different to be a leader than a manager. A true leader is one who follows and supports people. All can be good managers but not all are good leaders.

2) a) Knowledge vs experience: from my point of view, knowledge is not the same that experience. Knowledge refers to an ability that a person has to do something. Some activities requires knowledge, and you have to have it. You gain experience in a job for example. Have experience is not always have knwoledge. May be you have experience but not knowledge. Is ideal to have knowledge and experience.

1)Yes, in my opinion the presenter changed his attitude. At the beggining he was nervous and centered in the Agenda, but then he changed and start talking like a confident, creative and spontaneous leader. In this way, I would say he is a positive and aspiring leader.
2)Knowledge vs experience: In my opinion knowlegde is related to the information a person has about something (a theory,culture,historical event etc),but experience is about getting involved with that something.

2- "Knowledge vs experience": In my opinion knowledge is something you get by studying and learning at the school or university, and experience is something you can get by putting into practice your knowledge, for example in a job.

Having experience in a job or in a aprticular situation sometimes compensates or is better than only having knowledge.
