1- Watch the presentation, please and answer the following questions.
a) Do you really think teamwork is possible?
b) Are leaders important to build successful work teams?
c) Can the effort made to win a race be compared to the effort made to do good business?
2- If you had listened to Andrés ´presentation what questions would you have asked him?
a-Clearly it is possible in many jobs as well as in various sports is daily used teamwork. It is important to have good leadership and a climate of support and respect between its members. After this you can achieve the goals and continue to improve as a team.
ReplyDeleteb-I think a good leader is an important part of teamwork as they will be responsible for guiding the group to improve and achieve their goals. It must be a positive leader with good charism
c-I think they are different activities, but is similar in the effect that in both cases the fight for a clear objective. I think both are influenced by factors external to them, as can be the wind in a race or competition activity in business.
2--I would ask: what features should have a good group leader for good results? and how can motivate a group?

1-A- I think team work can be possible when people participate in a constructive way, and listen and accept each others ideas and feelings without fighting or competeing a lot.
ReplyDeleteB- It is very important to have a good leader; someone to organize the work that should be done, to look after the team members, try to have a good relationship with them and above all to promote a good relation among them so the team can work together without any trouble.
C- I think they can be compare; because while being in a race the members of the team have to be constantly communicating with each other in order to divide the work and to have a good performance, specially respecting each other part. To do good business, you have to do the same if you want to agree and come up with good and useful ideas.
2- I would have ask if he had work as a team before and if he thinks that is really possible. I would also have ask, if he thinks that the people that will become part of a team should be selected acording to their personalities so they can work as a team.

1. I think it is possible and effective.
ReplyDelete2. Good leaders are the key to a successful team. A well-led group will work more effectively than a group which is not. A leader has to guide the team and make sure that everyone is fullfilling their own roles and accomplishing their tasks in the best way.
3. I think there are two different situations which can not be compared. But they do share the fact that in both cases there is a group of people with the same interests and goles, so they have to work together in order to reach them more easily.
4. I would have asked him the ways of grouping people in order to create successful teams.
