    1) The speaker is talking about the different accents that people have depending on where they came from.
    2) Sometimes the accent can modify what you want to express, making difficult to the others to understand what you are trying to say.

  5. 1) The speaker is talking about languages and accents: the way some people pronounce, the omission of sounds, letters and the exaggerated way they pronounce to communicate.

    2) I think accent can hinder communication only in the case you don't know the language very well.

  8. 1) He's talking about how the accent can change, depending on the different countries. Not everybody can pronounce in the same way. He show us the Russian, German and English pronunciation.

2)In my opinion, the different forms of the pronunciation may cause misunderstanding in the phrases. There are a lot of words whose pronunciation are similar and the meanings are totally differents.

  11. 1- The man is talking about the differences between British English speakers and speakers of American English.

2_ Yes, absolutely. It usually occurs when a person does not understand the language very well and the other part speaks very fast.

  14. 1- What is the speaker talking about?
The speaker is talking about the differences between American and English accent, he is also making fun about how the Russians and the Germans speak english.

2- Do you think accent can hinder communication?
I definitely think that accent can hinder the communication and just because a word may sound like another and the listener may have misunderstandings. To Avoid this I think it is necessary to speak slowly and vocalized.
