  1. I can tell you that in London, you can see everywhere "fish and chips" to eat to take away.
    I was told it´s a typical option there

    For example, if I would live in London I would send a post to a shop to book a mobile phone, but if you would live in the united states, would send an email to a store to book a cellphone

      If I LIVED in the United States I would send an e-mail...

      to post = to mail (it is not related to e-mail but letters)

  3. For example if i would live in london and i go to the beach for a free time, i have to say: I´m going to the beach on holiday. If I would live in EE UU, I have to say: I´m going to the beach on vacancy.

  6. If I lived in London and I want to buy something for cook I would say: I have to go to the SHOP to buy some things to cook.
    If I lived in USA I would say: I have to go to the STORE to buy some things to cook.

    British: I want some sweets.
    American: I want some candys.

    British: I go to the university by underground.
    American: I go to the university by subway.

  7. For example if I lived in London I would say: I love going to the cinema on holidays, but If I lived in U.S.A I would to say: I love going to the movies on vacations.

    An other example: In London I would say: I have to take a taxi for buy some biscuits. But in U.S.A I would say: I have to take a cub for buy cookies.
