  1. I think that this situation is typical of this time. A lot of companies prefer to employ young people because it is cheapear than experienced people. But I consider that the profile depends on the position.
    My opinion about "Knowledge vs. Experience" is that experienced people are important beacuse they went through situations and the people with knowledge have the theory only. So, both profiles are important.

    *We can see a common situation in companyes, where younger people are bosses of oldest people.This means that they have no experience and also they are in a better place than ones who have been in the company for years. This is ridiculios but in fact, they do it to save money.
    *My opinion about Knowledge Vs Experience" is that both are connect, to have experience you need to have a little beat of knowledge about something, for example about communication with different people. And you know and learn things with experience that you have in your life.

    I think the oldest man was very angry and couldn´t tolerate the boy, who was only 26 years old, because the boy couldn´t be her boss. I don´t know if is okay to employ young people like as a leaders but it is a possibility.

    My opinion above “Knowledge vs Experience” is that it´s always best if you choose a man who has a lot of experience because he can serve you more than anyone who don´t know anything. The experience has it all and the knowledge only theory.

      I think the olD man was very angry and couldn´t tolerate the boy, who was only 26 years old, because the boy couldn´t be HIS boss. I don´t know if IT is okay to employ young people as (a) leaders but it is a possibility.

      My opinion ABOUT “Knowledge vs Experience” is that it´s always best if you choose a man who has a lot of experience because he can BE MORE HELPFUL than anyone who DOESN´T know anything. experience IS EVERYTHING and knowledge IS only theory.

  5. 1- I never see this situation in real life but i heard of it. I think that it's a difficult situation for young people, and also for experience people. The first one have to deal with someone with more experience and the second one have to deal with new ideas.
    2- My opinion about Knowledge vs Experience is that knowledge is less important than expirience, because the last one you need more time to acquire. However knowledge is also important, because if you don't have it, you can't acquire the experience.

      1- I HAVE never seeN this situation in real life but I´VE heard of it. I think that it's a difficult situation for young people, and also for experienceD people. The first oneS have to deal with someone with more experience and the second oneS have to deal with new ideas.

  6. 1)this situation show a man who met his new boss , who is younger than him, and the old man couldn't understand why a young boy with only 26 years old , could have the position of being the boss on the company. He is really annoying and upset about this situation.

    2) My opinion about "Knowledge vs Experience" is that knowledge is more important than experience because is you really know about something especific, you can improve in your life and in your job. Instead, the experience is not very useful if you want to grew up in your labor life.

  7. 1) This is a common situation today, where young people replace adult people. Companies today prefer not to have very old people requiring salaries too high and difficult to sustain.

    2 My opinion about "Dinosaurs" vs New comers is that dinosaurs are at a disadvantage because new companies prefer young people in senior positions that require lower wages.
    From this comes a power struggle with new comers. I think that is so difficult por dinosaurs work for young leaders.

    I have never seen this situation in real life but I am sure to exist. The old man felt surprised when he went in to his office and saw a young man (26 years old) who said be his new boss.

    I think that it’s a horrible situation. If I had a new boss that is younger than me I will be disappointed and jaundiced, like the man in the film. I think that because for me is more important the experience than knowledge.

    I think that in these days is common that they companies employed young people because they have new form of make the things more advanced and a more fresh view.
    But the knowledge is important in a lot of aspects of the job, you can know a lot of things that you learn in the university, but when you go out to the really world the thing are not the same how you thinks.

  13. 1- Nowadays it is really common that the companies tend to employ young people base on the knowledge they have. This people are extremely inteligent and the companies search them round the world, because they represent an investment for the future.

    2- In my opinion, refering to the topic: "knowledge vs experience", I think that it is important to mix them. You can't think about a topic without the other. The knowledge is as important as the experience and the companies have to get used to the idea of encouraging both of them, because what you obtain in the practice of the knowledge, it is the experience.

    In this video, I understood that the young man was hired as the old man's boss. This is an awkward situation because a non-experienced man is dealing with a full-experienced man.

  16. 1) In this scene we can see that a 51 years old man meet his new boss, who is 26. I think that the old man is going to give up his job because he can´t tolerate that a younger person is his boss.
    2-b) Knowledge vs Experience
    I think that both are important, but experience is a little more important than knowledge. Although, companies prefer to hire young people because of their update knowledge and their new ideas and also fire the old people who have high salaries.
