First he start searching about the meaning of his life, but when he say "I'm PREPARING to LEAVE her" i think, in that context, that he dont refers to a women, he speaks about he loose the way and he want to being in charge again of his life. Next he wrote about the things he wants to recover: the love (maybe because the drugs distorts everything and he was more worried about drugs than love), feel that he's alive ("feel the home that i live in", "i got to much life running trougth my veins"). So for recover those things he hold to god, of course to himself and the scared of die its very strong, in opposite of the life he say that he have.

2-The song its open to many different interpretations, but the real meaning of Feel is about Robbie and his drug abuse. I have this thinking because he talk about his problem. Besides, the lines makes sense. For example:
When he says "I sit and talk to God,and he just laughs at my plans" means that Robbie was telling himself that he will quit, knowing he wont. And not even God believes him.
When he says he doesn't want to die but he doesn't keen on living either refers to his addiction, he cares only about the drug and nothing else.
The song shows pain, he seems very confused and lost.

From my point of view, this song reflects the necessity of have one person to love sincerely, without any interest in the material aspect. With this, he is looking for a parallel life with fame world. On the other hand, I believe that famous people need this safety when they achieve the top of popularity.

In my opinion, the song expresses the pain he feels if he thinks about the life he is having. He wants to be conscious of the mistakes he made and the lonely life he has. During the song, he constantly repeats the importance of falling in love with someone to heal his wounds and to fill the hole inside him.
However, as we know the problem with drugs which he couldn´t overcome, it is straightforward to notice the relation with the song. It is possible that all his plans has been ruined because of his addiction or that he couldn’t have a coupple to feel “real love”, just because his problem will make them break up.
