1- I would like to ask him/her how much time has he/she for do exercise in the work.

1). If I could talk to one of the employees I would ask him/her, How much time per day they have for using the playroom, the gym, for relax themself.
2).The pro of working there is that you can enjoy all the benefits the company has. You are able to use the playroom, the gym and to lunch free. The stair is a slide. All the advantages in google are made to develop employees creative and to do and excellent work.
The con of working there is that although they have lots of benefits, they are really strict and employees have to reach targets in the exact time they are plan. And perhaps sometimes is difficult to employees to be creative all the time.
3).Employees can enjoy of free services: Lunch of different styles, gym. They can bring their pets, they can go to work in slippers.
4).Yes, I would like to work there because Google is an important firm recognize in the market and because of the benefits they have, especially the food. I would like to work in Human Resources Department.

ReplyDelete2- Pros: it is one of the best companies in the world, you dont have to loose time in going out to have lunch, the activities you can do inside the compañy help people to know each other and help to keep a good relationship between coworkers.
Against: I think you dont have to many things to be against this compañy, maybe that you dont have to much time for you and you spend a lot of time inside de compañy because of the facilities.
3- Employees have a lot of facilities to work in a perfect atmosphere and also thay have free lunch, free gim, they can take their pets.

2- Pros: it is one of the best companies in the world, you don´t have to WASTE time going out to have lunch,

Against: I think you don´t have toO many things to be against this compañy, maybe that you don´t have toO much time for you and you spend a lot of time inside THE compaNy because of the facilities.

ReplyDeleteI would like to ask him if he's happy there, because they have many benefits but the can't leave the place or they do not have too much spare time outside Google. (that's an extra information)

I think the best advantage of google are the perks like free food or gym. But the worst disadvatage is the lack of spare time outside the buildings of Google

Yes. They have too much free time to do whatever they want, they have free food, gym, and relax areas where they can talk whenever they want.

No, because I would like to work in a place where I have to work 8 or 9 hours per day and then I would like to have my free time to do whatever I want with my personal life.
