  1. 1-Do you think the concept of teamwork in sports can be applied to the concept of teamwork in business?

I consider that the concept of teamwork in sports can be applied to the concept of teamwork in business. It is said that the strength of a team is each individual member and the strength of each member is the team. This phrase is fantastic, it describes perfectly what a team is, and it can be used not only in sport, but also in business.
In both cases a group of talented people is needed. For any team to exists, it members ought to work together to achieve a common goal, which will be completely different depending on the situation: in sports will be surely winning a match or leagues and in business making some progress.
Both in sports and business teamwork, their participants should share ambitions and motivation, they must trust each other and try to progress all together as it is known that a team can improve and achieve a goal easier than a person alone.

2-Would you say that a coach, manager, president of a company, etc should have leadership skills?

In my view, a coach, manager o president of a company must have leadership skills, it is essential for these kinds of people to know and understand not only their own needs and characteristics, but also the ones from each participant of the team or business in order to help the person grow, to deal with him/her and to plan the program in a way things get done. This will also create trust and confidence between each member of the group, which is absolutely necessary.
In addition, it is elemental to set the example, to evaluate, control, represent the group and to have some teaching skills in order to prepare and guide their colleagues on how to become the manager, president or coach in the future.

I think that the concept of teamwork in sport can be applied to the concepto of teamwork in buisnes. Inside a company the best works are those that are achieved to do in group because being employed at equipment many minds thinking about the same thing better results give that if an alone person does it.

2-Would you say that a coach, manager, president of a company, etc should have leadership skills?

It is very important and necessary that the leader of an equipment of work has knowledge in leadership because at the moment of facing any situation of group it must be able do it like.
Every leading one must know to his group and to each of his members to achieve better results, both in the final work and in the relations of the members.

      Take a look:
      Equipment vs team
      Check corrections, please
      Remember this structure
      (Time +subject +verb+ object +place +time)

I think that the concept of teamwork in sportS can be applied to the concept of teamwork in buSINESS. Inside a company the best JOBS are those that are doNE in groupS because (being employed at equipment)IF PEOPLE WORK IN TEAMS many minds ARE thinking about the same thing SO better results CAN BE ACHIEVED. RESULTS FROM A TEAM ARE BETTER THAN RESULTS FROM A PERSON WHO DOES A JOB ON HER/HIS OWN

2- It is very important and necessary that the leader of A TEAM work has knowledge in leadership because at the moment of facing any situation IN THE group HE/SHE must REACT like A LEADER.
Every leadER must know his TEAM and each member to achieve THE BEST results, both in the final work and in relation TO the members OF THE TEAM.

  4. 1-Do you think the concept of teamwork in sports can be applied to the concept of teamwork in business?

Of Course! I think that the concept of teamwork in sport can be applied to the concept of teamwork in busines, because a company needs a good groups of work, with only a man they can't face up to a diffrent problems. With a good group of workers they cant confront and achieve everything that they
    propose.

2-Would you say that a coach, manager, president of a company, etc should have leadership skills?

Yes, a group with a leader whithout those skills probably fail, because someone must guide and coach the diffrent professionals and he must deal with any trouble inside the group. He must take out the good things of everyone to get the higher results.

1-Do you think the concept of teamwork in sports can be applied to the concept of teamwork in business?
Yes, I do. The concept of teamwork is always the same: Work together to make an objective. This concept can be applied not only in business, also in life (like Al Pacino said). When you are a class with your colleagues, when you are playing a game with friends, when you are in a company working on a future proyect or developing a product, or when you are in the jungle or an island fighting for survive, always you have to work with your team as an 'unit', as one only person to achieve what you want to do (pass the exam, win the game, make the best product or survive). If you do it, everybody will have a benefit.

2-Would you say that a coach, manager, president of a company, etc should have leadership skills?
All team has a leader. This person is who guide the team to the victory. But, not everybody can be a leader. Not everyone has the charasteristic, requirement and skills of a leader. All of this is represent in one single word, 'Leadership'. A coach of a football team or a manager of a company must have leadership and he must also have the ability and intelligence to use it.

  7. 1- Yes, I think the concept of teamwork in sports, not just could be applied, it must be used in business. The idea of being support by a person, make people feel safe in each step they'll make. When everybody in the company have the same goals and worries, they will improve in their actions and have better results. This is what is called "sinergy", when the result made as a team would be more than adding the effort which has been made separated from each other.

2- In my opinion, this is one of the most important skills because the company look at every resource in the market and talented people, but if there isn't exist someone who is able to direct and the team couldn't reach the goal, all the effort that has been made would be a waste of time.

    "sYnergy", (when) the result ......
2- ......... because COMPANIES look at every resource in the market and TRY TO HIRE talented people, but if there isn't (exist) someone who is able to GUIDE CORRECTLY the team WILL NOT BE ABLE TO reach the SPECIFIED goalS AND, all the effort that has been made WILL PROBABLY be a waste of time.

    1) Yes I think so, because in business there must be a leader who establish goals and guide people to reach them. Also, teamwork in business should be a priority because comfort and security are two values needed for doing a good job and this occurs when people work together.
    2) Yes I would say that, because they need to know how to communicate and how to guide the people who work with them, and the best way of doing this is by having leadership skills. They must be an example for the others and thats a characteristic of a leader.
